Casares avanza en el proyecto del hotel de Playa Chica tras una reunión con la Dirección General de Carreteras

El alcalde de Casares, Juan Luis Villalón, y la concejala de Infraestructuras, Antonia Pineda, mantienen hoy una reunión con responsables de la Dirección General de Carreteras, dependiente del Ministerio de Transportes y Movilidad Sostenible, con el objetivo de avanzar en la autorización necesaria para la reanudación de las obras del hotel de Playa Chica.
La autorización por parte de este organismo es un paso clave para poder avanzar en este proyecto, que supondrá la creación de nuevas plazas hoteleras en un enclave estratégico del litoral casareño. Un recurso turístico de calidad que contribuirá al desarrollo económico de la zona, con la generación de empleo vinculado a la marca Casares como destino turístico sostenible.

Durante el encuentro, también se han abordado otras cuestiones importantes para la mejora de las infraestructuras en la costa del municipio, como la autorización para el asfaltado de Marina de Casares, una actuación largamente demandada por la ciudadanía, o la ejecución de un nuevo proyecto en la rotonda de acceso desde la A7, que permitirá mejorar el acceso a esta zona residencial y turística, además del embellecimiento de la entrada al municipio.
Desde el Ayuntamiento de Casares se valora muy positivamente la predisposición del organismo estatal y se continúa trabajando para que estas actuaciones puedan convertirse en realidades a corto y medio plazo.
